Key Responsibilities:/Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Genesys Framework - Must
Genesys SIP experience
Responsibilities will be to participate in solution development based on customer requirement
Work with cross funtional team for Genesys deployment
Co-ordinate delivery, implementation, testing and acceptance of solution at customer environment. 
Ability to handle entire Genesys Deployment and support project
Ability to train and guide team members on deployment of genesys solution.
