Need a composer routing/platform developer having good analytical and development skillset with flexibility to learn and adopt.
A Genesys Core and Voice engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Genesys customer engagement solutions. Some specific responsibilities include:
Design and configuration of Genesys Core and Voice components, including IVR, call routing, and call recording.
Integration of Genesys Core and Voice solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and databases.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Genesys Core and Voice systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and customer support, to provide end-to-end customer engagement solutions.
Management of Genesys upgrades, patches, and security updates to keep the systems up-to-date and secure.
Development of custom scripts and applications to enhance the functionality of Genesys Core and Voice systems.
Provision of technical support and training to end-users and other technical teams.
