Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business objectives related to contact center operations and customer experience.
  • Design and architect Genesys solutions tailored to meet client needs, including integration with RabbitMQ messaging systems.
  • Implement, configure, and customize Genesys components such as PureEngage, PureConnect, or PureCloud to achieve desired functionality.
  • Develop and deploy custom applications, connectors, and integrations to extend the capabilities of Genesys platforms.
  • Integrate Genesys solutions with Cloud IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys configurations, RabbitMQ messaging, and Cloud IaaS infrastructure.
  • Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring of Genesys solutions to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures, and provide training to client teams as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Genesys, RabbitMQ, and Cloud IaaS
