Description

Candidates must have 8+ years as a GIS Analyst, including process and data modeling, custom map-based interfaces, ESRI-based GIS, database administration, and GIS app development. Requires university-level GIS education, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio), and experience with requirements management software (SPARX, Jama). Preferred: GIS degree, cloud-hosted GIS solutions (Google, Amazon, Microsoft), IIBA BABOK framework, and RFI/RFP requirements creation.
