Go (Golang) developer

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Go (Golang) developer with over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working from EST/CST time zone states, with Visa sponsorship available( No H1b)

🔹 Project Overview:
Support: Provide robust support for nearly 500,000 employees in SSO (Single Sign-On)
Client Decision: We're in the process of choosing between two IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) software solutions - EmpowerID & SailPoint. One requires expertise in C#, the other in Java.
Integration Development: Develop integrations between Azure and IGA software to impact associates of a Fortune 30 organization.
Automation: Build automation for cataloging within ServiceNow to enable community self-service for IGA needs.
🔹 Why This Project Matters:
Legacy Software Issues: Our existing software, SiteMinder, is failing 5-20 times a week.
Timeline: We aim to shut down Terraform by 2/1/2025.
Migration Goals: Current state supports one migration per sprint (two-week sprints). Future state targets supporting hundreds of migrations with a velocity of 10-30 migrations per week.

🔹 Key Dates:
Deadline: Complete hundreds of integrations by 2/1/2025
Goal: Remove dependencies on SiteMinder by the deadline and identify automation opportunities.
