Role Description

6+ years of solid software engineering or L3 level experience
L3 Level Skilled Engineers with very strong analytical, problem solving skills
Understands the end-to-end distributed stack and how the systems interact
Golang (preferred) or very strong Java Engineer
Database proficiency in Cassandra, Postgre – how data is mapped, indexed, retrieved with efficiency and performance considerations.
Highly proficient on Kafka, skilled on Redis
Loves to analyze and solve problems / Issues, looking into the code for debugging
 

What is not needed:

Developer or Engineer, who just relies on others to tell what is needed to be done
production support personnel with (L1 or L2) level experience
someone who just used the database for storing and retrieving the information.
