Role:Golang Developer(W2 opportunity)

Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST working hours)

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilledGolangDeveloper with solid backend experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in backend development, including 2+ years specifically with Go and 3+ years with Java or other backend programming languages. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to work in the EST/CST time zones. The candidate will work closely with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios, focusing primarily on backend development.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Build and maintain APIs using Go, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Develop backend services and solutions, focusing on AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, and SNS.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Go:Minimum of 2 years of development experience with Go, with a focus on building APIs.
• Backend Development:Strong expertise in backend development, with 90-100% of development work focused on the backend.
• AWS Cloud:Minimum of 2 years of experience with AWS Cloud, preferably with serverless solutions such as Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, and SNS.
• Software Engineering Experience:At least 5 years of experience in senior software engineering roles, including end-to-end API development, full-stack application development, or data migration experience.
• Additional Programming Languages:Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java or other backend programming languages.
• Enterprise Agile Environment:Proven experience working in an enterprise agile environment.
• Collaboration and Communication:Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Must be a self-starter
