Graphic Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Provide services for one-off assignments as well as for developing and updating various publications, such as brochures, product sheets, general terms and conditions, and advertisements.

· Deliver graphic designs with compliance with visual identity

· Layout of texts and tables supplied in MS Word and Excel in various language versions

· Retouching photos

· Prepress and print coordination

· Delivery of the 'good for print' of the produced texts in PDF format

· Proofreading before delivery

· Print Preparation

· Providing appropriate material for online communication (online versions)

· Required files: PDF for placement on the Organization's website + InDesign

Skills:

· In-depth knowledge of Suite Adobe CC 2024.

· Specialized expertise, particularly in the personalization of communication media, that the various communication media are aligned with their visual identity and coherent in terms of images and messages.
