Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visual content, including but not limited to, logos,
brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, advertisements,
and other marketing collateral.
Design Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, art directors, and
cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and develop designs
that meet specific requirements.
Conceptualization: Contribute to the development of design concepts,
layouts, and ideas for various projects.
Software Proficiency: Utilize design software tools such as Adobe Creative
Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,CorelDraw) and other relevant
software to create and edit graphics.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with the organization's
brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity.
Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative
input to solve design challenges.
File Management: Organize and manage design files, ensuring they are easily
accessible for future use and updates.
Quality Control: Review and proofread designs to ensure they are error-free
and ready for production.
Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and
emerging technologies to continually improve design skills.
Adaptability: Be open to feedback and make revisions as necessary, adjusting
designs based on feedback from team members or clients.
Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to
project timelines and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a
related field is preferred.
Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe
Creative Suite,CorelDraw,Adobe Illustrator is essential.
Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with an eye for
detail.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to understand
project requirements and explain design decisions.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with a team and accept
feedback.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing design trends and technology.
Portfolio: A portfolio of previous design work demonstrating skills and
creativity is often required.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS may be beneficial for web design projects.
Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe
Premiere, After Effects) can be an advantage, depending on the job
requirements.
