Role: GTRI Systems Support Engineer 1

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Short Description:

Under direct supervision, provides management information system user support on a continuing basis, either by phone or site visit. Troubleshoots end-user problems.

Skill:

  • 2 Years’ Experience w/ enterprise applications not limited to Cameo and Teamwork, DevSecOps
  • 2 Years’ Experience PKI certificate management, VDI infrastructure management, enterprise storage including quota management, backup and disaster recovery.
  • 2 plus years of solid job-related experience
  • Prefer candidates with 10+ years of solid job-related experience due to the complexity of work
