Job Description:

 

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Guidewire functional specifications and/or story card for PolicyCenter configuration.
  • Bring in thought leadership and provide solutions to align the solution aligned with OOTB best practices, Conduct product gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Personal Property  / Auto / Umbrella lines of business.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of PolicyCenter solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in insurance and Guidewire platforms.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Guidewire platform with Extensive hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation. 10+ years of experience in Insurance projects
  • Strong understanding of Personal Property, Personal Auto, or Personal Umbrella lines of business.
  • Proven track record of leading successful PolicyCenter implementations from inception to post-production support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Guidewire cloud certification(s) preferred.
