About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Guidewire Test Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position open to candidates in the USA or LATAM regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Policy Administration Systems and a preference for experience with the Guidewire Suite.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for Guidewire Suite applications including PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC)
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Utilize functional automation tools such as Selenium and Test Cafe to enhance testing efficiency
Implement and manage testing frameworks and DevOps pipelines to streamline the testing process
Ensure the quality and reliability of Policy Administration Systems, specifically in P&C or commercial product lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues promptly
Mentor and guide junior testers to foster a strong testing culture within the team
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in testing Policy Administration Systems such as EIS or similar systems for P&C or commercial products
Proficiency in using functional automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Test Cafe)
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with testing frameworks and DevOps pipelines
applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree
