Sapphire Software Solutions, Inc. has openings for Hadoop Engineers in Dublin, CA and other unanticipated locations nationwide.
Duties: Review Hadoop log files and monitor data coming from different sources, and transfer code from one environment to another environment; analyze Hadoop cluster and different big data analytic tools including Hive, HBase, and schedule Jobs on a Hadoop cluster; design, implement and maintain of high performing Hadoop clusters, and integrate them with existing infrastructure; work with different Hadoop file formats like Parquet and compression techniques like bz2 and Snappy cluster.
Requirement: Masters Degree in Computer Science/Application, Electronics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.
