Role Overview: Require a CPQ Architect with expertise in Hansen CPQ, Hansen EPC and product modelling. This role is key in designing and implementing CPQ solutions that align with business needs and objectives. Require to closely work with cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful deployment of CPQ functionality and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement CPQ solutions using Hansen CPQ

• Experience in configuring telecom products such as broadband, cable, fixed voice, TV, IP VPN etc.

• Conduct product modelling workshops, familiarity with general TM Forum eTOM, TAM and SID concepts.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product catalogue structures, pricing models, and sales workflows.

• Integrate Hansen CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.

• Develop technical documentation, including solution design documents, process flow diagrams, and configuration guides.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation phases. • Ensure the system is optimized for performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software development with 4+ years in CPQ solutions.

• Hansen CPQ, Java, REST APIs, cloud architecture, integration framework

• Configuration automation using .net framework.

• Understand the COTS capabilities preferably Hansen Suite and the overlay.

• Hansen CPQ certification is preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
