Description

Job Description: The auto-infotainment Customer Engineering hardware team provides hardware support to all customers using our system chip solutions. This includes technical support throughout all phases of the design cycle. From product introduction to design review to production issues. Customer engineering also bridges customer requirements with internal plan of record, identify gaps in requirement, and propose solutions to mitigate the gaps.

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide hardware design support to customers using auto-infotainment SoC solutions.
  • Research and answer a wide range of in-depth technical questions on infotainment SoC, baseband topics, and its associated peripherals.
  • Resolve technical problems with the application of products via hands-on trouble shooting.
  • Perform block diagram, schematic, placement and PCB routing reviews on customer platforms, including DDR and Power Delivery simulation.
  • Aid customers to implement new technology using our solutions.
  • Optimize customers system thermal and power as well as BOM reduction.
  • Create and maintain hardware documentation and design collaterals.
