- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Network Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and intranets.

Hardware Configuration and Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other hardware components.

System Security:
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's computer systems and networks.
- Monitor network traffic for security breaches and investigate security incidents.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to server and network connectivity.
- Document and maintain records of hardware and network configurations.
Backup and Recovery:
- Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions.
- Test and verify data backups to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and update disaster recovery plans.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other IT professionals, including software developers and system administrators.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications in network administration and engineering such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Hadwrare Networking Specialist or similar role.
- Certifications in IT Hardware & Networking are added advantage.
- Aged should not be more than 30 years.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with network security practices and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
