Hardware Test Engineer

Job Summary:
This role will involve working on manufacturing systems engineering under the clinet's prod-ops, focused on delivering software and test frameworks that enhance the speed and quality of satellite components testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to bring reliability and repeatability to our test systems, improve throughput, and facilitate the transition of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of software development from requirements through implementation and testing.
• Engage with experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design solutions.
• Responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
• Work with cross-functional partner teams and lead efforts with engineers from requirements to deployment.
• Focus on creating test simulations and integrations with industry-standard tools like Test stand and Labview.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
• Solid experience in design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring roles in previous projects.
