Responsible to review and understand project requirement/ problem/design requirement

Creating C3 and above level Harness models and Drawings using Pro Cabling - Creo,Knowledge & usage of creo schematics

Wire, terminal, component selection.Adhering to Tier II governance and roadmap

Define routing layout by understanding assembly and safety requirement and other manufacturing process

Ensure the design(s) developed meet the DFM/ DFA/ DFS and other DVP&R Attributes

Capture and reuse knowledge at each milestone and at end of

Design documents (FMEA,Simulation plan, stack plan,CPM), Issue and knowledge capture documentation(A3,8D,design guides

Proficient in CN release using windchill

TECHNICAL:-
Expertise in wiring harness design & development

Expertise in Creo cabling CAD - harness 3D, flatten and drawing creation
Good Electrical engineering fundamentals
