Must-Have

Experience in engaging with Business users and understanding problem statements
Well documented knowledge of Oracle HCM (Talent, Core HR , Benefits modules., 
Implementation/ Hands-on Experience of Oracle HCM Cloud
Create and run script for update person related data (using extracts and uploads or any other supported tools)
Deep knowledge of advanced reports, notifications, and alerts.
Good communication skills.

Good-to-Have

Experience in working with agile models will be beneficial.
Experience in Third party Integration.
