At least 4 to 10 years of HCM domain experience and completed at least 1/2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects in these modules like Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence or Payroll Modules
Should have Production Support Experience in resolving tickets using tools like SNOW, Jira, or Remedy
Should be aware of Year end support, applying patches / provide analysis on patches and work closely with users
Should have worked on Agile or waterfall methodology in executing daily work
Should have expertise in understanding business requirement, create functional specifications, Mapping requirements and perform fit gap analysis
Providing Hypercare Support Post Go Live, Providing Application Support /Upgrade Support/ any Enhancement work to deliver to client
Should have Team Lead/ Project Lead experience in managing stakeholders and internal team members
Should possess excellent communication skills and perform client facing role
Should have experience in providing estimation for given work and work with technical team in sharing the requirement
Any HCM Cloud certification would be desirable
Any Graduate
