HCM Functional Analyst

About the Position:

Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. 
Define and capture business requirements. 
Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates. 
Provide 2nd tier production support. 
Perform system configuration, testing, and reporting. 
Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following:configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operatingprocedures, and training materials. 
Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.

Requirements Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the Client 
Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, PS Query reporting, CI, and Process Scheduler.

Preferred Skills, Experience, And Capabilities

Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. 
Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, PS Query reporting, CI, and Process Scheduler. 
Experience with the following: 
PeopleSoft upgrades and testing. 
PeopleSoft selective adoption process. 
AWE/Workflow. 
Expert level knowledge of the following: 
SDLC methodology and processes. 
Ability to provide expert customer service and production support.
