Required Skills:
3 years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
5 years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, People Code, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

Responsibilities :
Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
Define and capture business requirements.
Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
Provide 2nd tier production support.
Perform system configuration and testing.
Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.
