Description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in an Oracle HCM or PeopleSoft HCM environment. Must include four (4) years of functional experience in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required. Oracle HCM implementation experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of functional and operating principles of Oracle HCM to include core HR, Recruiting, Base Benefits, Employee and Manager Self Service and Profile Management. Knowledge of database concepts, querying skills. Advanced knowledge of HR business practices, project management. Ability to collaborate with the senior leaders to ensure the operations and maintenance of the HCM system, including application access, reporting, and interfaces with other systems, meets customers' current and future needs. Ability to conduct system audits to ensure data security, quality and compliance
