Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a HCM Technical Consultant located in Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi and Hyderabad with some remote work flexibility. The Consultant will be responsible for performing day-to-day activities for HCM implementation and support projects. The Consultant will also be responsible for troubleshooting, consulting on technical support, and supporting sales efforts.
Should have experience in HCM Technical.
Especially Payroll and Payroll Integration.
Should have Technical and Functional knowledge in Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Core HR Modules in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Should have working experience in BIP/OTBI and Dashboards.
Working Experience in US Legislation.
Excellent Communication Skills in English.
Should be able to handle US Clients independently.
Should be able to work in PST Time zone.
