  •  Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue

targets and market penetration.

  •  Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including resellers, VARs, and system

integrators, to build a strong and diverse partner ecosystem.

  •  Cultivate and manage relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring a high level

of partner satisfaction and engagement.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, marketing strategies, and

sales enablement programs.

  •  Lead and inspire a high-performance channel sales team, providing coaching, guidance,

and support to achieve individual and team targets.

  •  Drive the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a consistent and

efficient sales cycle.

  •  Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities

to make informed decisions and adjustments to the channel sales strategy.

  •  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development,

and customer success, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives

  •  Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of

channel sales initiatives.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel

What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)
 

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in channel sales, business development,

or strategic partnerships.

  •  Proven track record of successfully building and managing channel sales programs in the

software development or IT services industry,

  •  Extensive experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies

through channel partners.

  •  In-depth understanding of the software development and IT services industry, with a

focus on offshore development models will be an advantage

  •  Familiarity with emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in the

software development space.

  •  Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performance channel sales.
  •  Proven ability to inspire and motivate Channel Partners to achieve and exceed sales

targets.

  •  Strategic mindset with the ability to align channel sales initiatives with overall business

objectives.

  •  Experience in crafting and executing channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth

and market expansion.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective

partnerships with channel partners.

  •  Track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex partnership agreements.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex

technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  •  Effective presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  •  Willingness to travel as needed.
