o Client Industries - Finance, Edu, Health, Insurance, Retail, Durable

o Sell:

 Extended Teams (or ODC) set up in India

 Professional Services onsite

 Solutions aligned to  Offerings Wheel – Salesforce, Microsoft, Platforms (CRM,

CM, eCommerce, Martech Automation), RPA, T&M / FP, professional services (onsite)

 

ï‚· New logo focus

ï‚· Should NOT depend on internal lead generation. Should bring own network and connects to the table.

Leads may be supplied through company marketing, but not necessarily.

ï‚· Sales approach should be highly relationship and consultation oriented.

Partner Alliances selling would be a strength; Can have an option to hire another sales rep to acquire an

additional 10X revenue.

 Should understand an Indian offshore operations really well – people mindset, leadership styles, rates,

profitability, Indian labor and skill market, etc. Selling outsourced software services must be a key

expertise. Work timings involve overlapping time zones
