Description

Performs basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance by collection of informationto respond and or resolve routine tier 1 & 2 problems, including, but not limited to:

  • Experience troubleshooting c and Windows 11 OS.
  • Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
  • Provides telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
  • Provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).
  • Independently images and or reimages equipment in preparation for deployment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot preferred but not required
