Help Desk Associate
Virginia- onsite 
Experience: 2+ years
"Open to W2 and C2C" 

Must haves: 
-The candidate must have experience in ServiceNow OR BMC Remedy.
-Active Directory: Highly preferred.
-Customer service experience & excellent written and verbal communication. -Strong preference for Windows operating system experience, MS Office Suite, and/or for prior mobile support experience. 
Requirements:
-Help desk experience.
-Working knowledge of:
-Hardware and software installation options
-Incident management and service ticketing system
-Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and onsite.
