Help Desk Technician

Requirements-

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience on a helpdesk
• Must know Active Directory, Outlook
• Must be a good listener, good communications and writing skills
• Must be able to work weekends, which they will be scheduled on a weekend.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Scheduled shift will be morning from 9am to 6pm EST
• Will need to be in our Lake Worth FL Office.
