We are hiring a seasoned Manager  who enjoys working with Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, Project Management, Vendor Management, Data Scientist, Devops, Docker and Kubernetes and related Services.

Responsibilities

  • Candidates must be development background and shall able to assist team for technological issues and solution
  • Lead and manage a team of minimum 20+ Developer and team leads, including technical managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities to engineering staff to foster professional growth and retention.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts to hire top-tier engineering talent and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of engineering teams and project managers, ensuring projects are executed efficiently against delivery commitments and project plans.
  • Utilize 12+ years of development experience in large-scale, mission-critical environments to provide technical guidance and oversight.
  • Conduct engineering design evaluations to ensure projects align with resource, budget, and scheduling constraints.
  • Seek opportunities to simplify and standardize designs, operations, and deployment plans, focusing on reducing complexity while enhancing performance, agility, and scalability.
  • Manage the operational budget and expenses for the engineering team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support project objectives.
  • Set, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and optimize workflows for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to drive product development initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize feature development, balancing technical feasibility with market demand and strategic goals.
