Job Description
This is a telecommute opportunity but does require up to 10% travel.
Deliverables:
- Support Specialty template optimization project already underway with a goal of improving access through enabling online scheduling tools, optimizing Hyperspace front-end scheduling through decision trees and optimizing templates.
- Through holistic approach to optimizing access within our Specialties, the team is currently focusing on front end Hyperspace scheduling decision trees, enabling online scheduling tools as possible, and template design/standardization that results in additional appointment throughput.
- Assess value, plan approach and implement follow-up order ticket scheduling across specialties and primary care.
- Creative thought and planning to support attaining a goal of 17% of appointments scheduled through patient self-service.
- Assess value of implementing features such as Recalls, Appt Request Workqueues, On My Way, On Demand virtual visits.
SKILLS:
- Cadence certified analyst with at least 5-7 years experience, specifically with self-scheduling tools such as Direct Scheduling, Open Scheduling, Ticket Scheduling, and Fast Pass required.
- Experience with template design, configuration and maintenance required.
- Experience configuring Decision Trees required.
- Experience managing Cadence projects autonomously (strongly preferred but not required).
- Ability to work collaboratively with other technical experts and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to think outside the box and at a visionary level to recommend features and functionality to optimize scheduling within Epic.
