This is more of a Interface/Integration Engineer.  We need a technical person with HL7/FHIR and strong SQL. 

Location:  REMOTE

Duration:  12 months+

Client:  UHG

Interview Process:  1 round video interview.

Additional Qualifications

• Hands-on experience on building interfaces for HL7 v2 messages and understanding of popular message structures like ADT, ORU, ORM, MDM, VXU, RSP
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with CCD, C-CDA structure and specification
• Strong understanding of HL7 v3 RIM objects
• Hands on experience in building RESTful APIs for exchanging HL7 FHIR resources
• Sound knowledge of coding standards and terminologies like LOINC, SNOMED, ICD10, HCPCS, RxNorm
• Experience in integrating with EHR/EMR through APIs to exchange clinical data bidirectionally
• Experience in implementing clinical solutions integrating with HIEs/Clinical data aggregators
• Experience creating interface mapping documentation, coordinate and facilitated interface specification and testing
• Strong hands-on experience in building APIs, Web services
• Strong hands-on Java development experience with open-soure libraries, understanding of XML/JSON
• Knowledge, skills, and experience to write detailed technical documentation, specifically business requirements, and functional specifications for application development
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies for vendors like Azure would be a plus
