As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and department heads to provide strategic HR support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of HRBP experience, with a focus on Business Partnership, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2-4 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Key Responsibilities
 

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, assisting in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing guidance on corrective actions

Partner with department heads to understand their specific HR needs and develop tailored solutions

Drive talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning

Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as organizational development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs

Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, keeping policies and procedures up-to-date

Collaborate with HR team members to support overall HR functions, such as compensation, benefits, and training
