Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Collaborate with human resources team members and business partners to understand and identify business needs, make recommendations, and deliver data. • Collect, compile, and join datasets from multiple sources and human resources information systems (including Applicant Tracking, Learning, and Performance Management systems) • Develop standard and ad hoc reports. • Collaborate to ensure reports are accurate, timely, and high quality. • Analyze data to discover information, business value, patterns, and trends to help guide business decisions. • Produce reports and visualizations to communicate results and interpretations of trends; effectively communicate findings and provide recommendations to all levels of leadership. • Work effectively with IT teams on data integrations from multiple HR systems and the data warehouse • Manage requests and client expectations. Resolve issues on time and escalate issues when needed. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited program is required. • 2-3 Years of professional work experience required. • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly confidential people and organizational data. • Excellent verbal/written communication, including the ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience. • Experience building data visualizations that effectively communicate information. • Experience building secure data models for role-based access control. • Experience using Power BI (DAX & Power Query) to collect, transform, model, visualize, and share data. • Experience with writing Microsoft SQL queries preferred. • Strong proficiency in MS Excel. • Ability to select and join disparate, complex data sets. • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform preferred
