  • Accountable for Employee Life Cycle Management
     
  • Follow the documentation and onboarding process of the company for the new joiners.
     
  • To be involved in employee engagement programs as per the schedule.
     
  • Scheduling for interviews, coordinate during interviews, collect interview evaluation forms, preparing Offer letters, conducting referral checks etc.
     
  • To ensure recruitment of positions for required manpower as per the manpower planning done by the HO.
     
  • Ensure all the facilities like stationary, meeting room availability & attendance are maintained in the branch office.
     
  • Support on employee transfer, leave compensation, shift changes communication and ensure the updates in the system and to the HO.
     
  • Rollout of induction programs for the newly recruited, initiate induction programs without any deviations.
     
  • To support for Performance appraisal system rolling out paperwork etc.
     
  • To assist in preparing Job descriptions for pan India.
     
  • Handle complete Exit formalities as per the guidelines.
     


 

Requirements

  • Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university.
     
  • Having HRMS (preferably ZOHO) hands on will be an added advantage.
