HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
-Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
-Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
2. Employee Relations:
-Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
-Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
3. Performance Management:
-Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating feedback collection and evaluation.
-Assist in developing performance improvement plans and monitoring progress.
4. HR Administration:
-Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
-Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
-Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
-Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits.
6. Learning & Development:
-Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
-Maintain records of training activities and employee certifications.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
