Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with the HR Business Manager, HR Team and Food and Beverage Client HR Shared Services solve employee and HR related issues

• Work closely with the HR team (externally and internally) to implement any required HR or corporate activities, e.g., trainings, events, communications, etc

• Maintain and provide assistance with regards to the new hire onboarding and orientation, ensure all new hires have the understanding and application of PDI’s vision, mission, strategy, principles, culture, and values

• Track, analyse, and report recruiting metrics and presents to management as required

• Assist with administering HR policies & procedures and legal compliance, per the HRBP team

• Provide a high level of customer service (internal and external) in employee-related and administrative tasks

• Serve as a point of contact for diverse non-critical employee-related inquiries; including, but not limited to relocation, equipment, paid time off, team events, photos, badges, etc

• Ad hoc activities as necessary.


 

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Human Resources or related discipline required

• SHRM SCP or PHR certification preferred


 

Experience

• 3+ years of applicable human resources experience, generalist experience preferred

• Prior experience leading full cycle recruiting

• Strong knowledge of California State and Federal employment laws.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of broad spectrum of HR fundamentals
