Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Own the HR technology stack, updates and integrations • Oversee people data and analytics to ensure the people team is making data-driven decisions • Own process management and execution of pre-hire and onboarding process, leading to a smooth transition for new hires; work includes processing new hire paperwork, background checks, I9, immigration, and E-Verify application • Provide dedicated support to HR Business Partners with specific focus on HR transactions, data maintenance, employee data/assignment changes, reporting, off-boarding, Workday records, and staffing compliance as needed • Own relocation program for specific HR client group; cultivate and provide an amazing relocation experience and documentation • You take pride in enabling the best work of others on the team. You can quickly make sense of it and add value. • Manage human resources programs including compensation guidelines, career pathing, actionable employee satisfaction measurement, and improvement program, HR reporting and measurement, leadership training programs, HRIS system, PTO program, centralize payroll practice, employee handbooks, audit HR practices for compliance, lead diversity and inclusion programs. • Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information and delivering the final product • Prepares People reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions • Supports internal communications including Slack, Email, Wiki, and change management processes. • Creates and supports company quarterly All Hands and monthly Town Halls to support effective employee communications and engagement. • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and solve problems with appropriate partnership and guidance from Executive Leadership. • Be an advocate for employees and partner with managers to support employee engagement and satisfaction. • Reports to and partners with the CEO to support the organization. • Strategize with the Talent, Legal, Finance, IT, Workplace and Business Operations teams to develop seamless processes that support long-term, cross-functional success • Define and execute on the overall people ops and technology strategy which will include but not limited to the following remit: compliance, immigration, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, equity ops, contingent workforce, payroll, and HR systems and technology • Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as talent acquisition, people business partners, finance, and legal to build simple and delightful processes

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience • 5+ years HR experience (within a tech organization, preferred) • Experience in a general or specialist HR function, preferred • Experience building and maintaining desktop resources and quick reference guides, preferred • Experience with immigration sponsorship policies and procedures, preferred • Demonstrated experience applying solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality. High ethical standards with experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in a role where you worked on various projects simultaneously, demonstrated strong time management skills • Must have the ability to perform well independently in an environment with ambiguity, and make agile thoughtful decision
