Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with hiring managers, department heads. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
Full-cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. Manage job postings, source candidates, and conduct initial screenings to ensure a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Prepare regular reports on key recruitment metrics and present findings to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
