Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. 

Responsibilities: 
• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements. 
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. 
• Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. 
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 
• Oversee employee performance evaluations and goal-setting processes, providing feedback and coaching as needed. 
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. 
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS systems. 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. 
• Handle employee grievances and complaints in a fair and confidential manner. 
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction. 
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. 
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization. 
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams. 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations. 
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite. • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
