Job Description
· Undergraduate or graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar careers
· Experience in HR or Administration jobs
· Demonstrated basic knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational, motivational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Proven ability to effectively interact in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships
· The ability to provide quality customer service
· Willingness to learn and be able to adapt to fast-paced, high-growth environments

Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for running background checks and keeping track of them
· Preparing offer letters and offer packages for candidates
· Communication with the recruiting team and HR manager throughout the process and providing timely updates
· Ensure candidate and new hire engagement during the onboarding process by providing progress updates and support through effective communication
· Be able to quickly learn and understand company policies and processes to be able to support
· Employee requests related to the project
· Focus on a high level of customer satisfaction through soliciting stakeholder feedback and timely follow-up
