  • Bachelor’s degree with a specific Human Resources, Business, or related field focus
  • 2 + years of experience working in a HR role
  • 2+ years of administration experience 
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong IT skills including MS Excel

 

It would be great if you also had…

  • Experience of working with a HR system such as Workday
  • Fluent in Dutch and Spanish
  • Previous experience of supporting Belgium for HR support

 

What will you be doing in this role?...

  • Oversees and administers onboarding, offboarding, maintenance of employee files, document creation, payroll inputs, leave administration, reimbursement processing, time & attendance, and other HR matters as required. 
  • Responds to colleague queries and reviews more complex issues with escalation to PS Manager or responsible COE contact as needed. 
  • Maintains templates for document creation including offer letters, employment contracts, job change letters, and termination paperwork and partners with responsible COE if amendment to established templates are needed. 
  • Participates is ad-hoc HR projects as required, including coordinating with the broader HR team. 
  • Works with Associate PS Specialist and other HR team members as required to ensure cases in HR Help (HR Case Management system) are answered according to existing policy and process and established revisions to standard responses as needed. 
  • Proposes improvements to how People Services partners with Data Management, Payroll, Benefits, and other COEs to ensure appropriate administration of processes and policies. 
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for a particular country, region, or part of the business and establishes an understanding of local requirements and their impact on procedure. 
  • Provides excellent customer service to colleagues, managers, and HR team members.
