Responsibilities :
1) Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
2) Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
3) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
4) Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
5) Strong Work experience in various IT Technologies.
6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7) Provide hiring managers with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity report
8) Handling the first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for Attitude, Academic, experience, & communication skills.
9) Formulating interview schedules, filing reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining a resume database.
10) Strong team player and a lead with a positive mind-set to drive results from the team
Any Graduate
