5+ years of Very strong experience as HR ServiceNow Business Analysis and excellent configuration skills
•          Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity
•          Experience within a Functional HR Analyst and Technical Configuration role a must
•          Strong ServiceNow Functional Configuration skills
•          Strong technical understanding of other ServiceNow modules such as HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits and Security, Talent and Performance
•          Advanced Workday Reporting skills and Dashboard creation
•          Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
•          Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system
