HRMS/HCM/HRIS Analyst
6+ Months
Philadelphia, PA
Work activities:
1. Evaluate current data (HRMS and budget) and business processes related to position control. a. Request and analyze extracts of current HRMS data and sample budget workbooks.
b. Create a list of business processes related to position control.
c. Review existing business process documentation.
d. Conducting follow-up interviews with subject matter experts as needed.
2. Draft findings and recommendations, which will include: a. Complete a gap analysis on the current organization structure and the implementation of Position Control
b. Detailed report on the number of positions that will need to be updated to implement into a Position Control structure
c. System requirements
d. Recommendation for successful implementation
e. Process changes required
f. List all of the benefits that will receive from the Position Control Organization Structure
3. Review findings and recommendations with key stakeholders.
4. Finalize findings and recommendations

Skills/experience of the assigned staff:

  • At least 5 years of domain knowledge in HRMS/HRIS/HCM
  • Has experience designing and implementing position control for large complex organizations, preferably government clients.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, good verbal and written communication.

Strong interpersonal skills: Relates well to all kinds of people both inside and outside of the organization; uses diplomacy and tact; builds constructive and effective relationships.
