HRMS Functional

Experience : 3+
3+ years of "hands-on" experience in Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll application suite (60% functional & 40% Technical)
At least 3 years of strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS support of R12 versions
At least 2-3 full cycle implementations of HR/Payroll modules including requirement gathering, design, development, testing & training.
Good knowledge of core and advanced modules: Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Oracle Learning Management, iRecruitment, Time & Labor, Compensation & Performance Management
Excellent experience with Oracle workflow, AME, HRMS personalization
Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, underlying HRMS tables & the data that is or can be handled through each of the modules; guide technical resources in maintaining the integration touch points.
Expertise in payroll balance configuration & conversion, year-end/mid-year balance adjustment, execution of payroll processes, generation of Pay Slip, and government reports for Oracle Payroll.
Expertise in writing and modification of Fast formulas used in Payroll (UAE experience is a plus)
Expertise in Payroll, compensation management, Salary review, and designing of special earning rules using Fast formulas.
Proficient in defining Users, Responsibilities, Creating Functions, Menus, Request sets, Request groups, Registering Concurrent programs, Lookup types, and defining Value sets.
Experience in resolving data/integration issues between Core HRMS and 3rd party systems such as - Payroll providers, benefits administrators, timekeeping systems, external portals (recruitment, learning), Mobile applications, and government systems as applicable.
Proficient in Payroll Costing integration (with Finance)
Understanding of integration with Hyperion/EPM applications for Workforce planning
Good knowledge of and interaction with any tool utilizing the ITIL V4 framework for managing tickets, changes, and interactions
Responsibilities:
Driving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in the end-to-end hire-to-retire cycle.
Support core HRMS modules & Custom bolt-on applications - provide daily support with a resolution of tickets; act as liaison to business/project teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Coordinate with DBA/Developers to deploy code/config to DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of the root cause & impact of the defects.
Work closely with key HR, Payroll business users to understand requirements and resolve issues around existing HR/Payroll processes.
Work closely with the client stakeholders for the closure of urgent / high-severity tickets within defined service levels, monthly closures, and payroll cycles.
Coordinate and participate in system testing for major/minor enhancements.
