We are seeking a dedicated HRSD Business Analyst fluent in Spanish, work in the Latam or South American Time Zone, to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analysis skills with experience in HR Service Delivery. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Analyze HRSD processes and requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications.

Utilize ServiceNow expertise to optimize HRSD processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Identify and resolve business process issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in HR Service Delivery.

ServiceNow platform experience is desirable.

Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills.

Resides in the Latam or South American Time Zone.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
