Description

Responsibilities:

· In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities; greet and direct office clients; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents; and make arrangements for meetings and travel

· You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented

· Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities

· Highly organized in organization management skills

· Greeting office clients and directing them to the appropriate parties

· Making travel arrangements and preparing documents and facilities for meetings

· Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies

· Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• At least 2 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields

• Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive, Detail oriented, organized approach to multitasking

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
