Description

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

 

Essential Functions

  • Builds relationships and collaborates across the company to understand and meet employee engagement needs while providing high levels of internal customer service.
  • Represents HR on internal employee experience committees.
  • Partners with appropriate staff to schedule and deliver the best in class on-boarding experience for new hires, considering needs of different employee groups.
  • Ensures all employee experience activities are developed within company values.
  • Researches and recommends updates/changes to company recognition and employee experience programs. To be able to plan, execute, and manages various employee surveys; administers survey platforms.
  • Composes and edits other internal communication (i.e., general correspondence, miscellaneous memos, and special-project communication).
  • Responsible for various HRIS employee record keeping. Develops and runs various HRIS reports.
  • Answers employee questions regarding policies and procedures, escalating questions/ issues to appropriate HR team members when necessary.
  • Responsible for processing timesheets, updating payroll records and answering employee questions about payments. Acting as primary backup for managing the entire payroll process.
  • Keep records of benefits plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Actively working in Recruitment in case of business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Maintain regular and reliable work attendance.

     

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience

  • 4+ years or more of progressively responsible HR related experience.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Prior experience with a HR practice in a global multi-location business is preferred.
  • Prior experience with building various HR Metrics.
  • Project management skills including strong process skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate matrix organization.
  • Competent in the use of HR related systems and tools including Payroll management.
  • Ability to handle complex employee relations issues with discretion, serving as a mediator and guide to successful conflict resolution across all levels of the organization.
  • Superior analytical skills with the ability to use data to create, develop and execute positive people strategies.
  • Possess the ability to communicate successfully across the organization, both verbally and in writing.
  • Be a true hands-on doer who loves to execute on positive and impactful people programs.
  • Excel at, and deeply enjoy, partnering with team members on executing programs and events.
  • Experience with a variety of HR software solutions will be a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Must possess high standards of personal integrity.
