HR Duties:

  • Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Explanation and administration of employee benefits programs along with processing payroll.
  • Employee performance, annual compensation reviews, manager and employee development and succession planning.

Recruitment Duties:

  • Build talent pipeline of both passive and active applicants.
  • Track, monitor and report to ongoing recruiting activities to hiring managers.
  • Determines applicant qualifications through interviewing applicants as necessary and verifies references. Refer applicants to hiring managers for interviews when needed.

Office Administration Duties:

  • Coordinate office events/outings.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as directed and the administration of office management.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in HR and Office management.
  • Understanding of human resources and policies and procedures, and good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other human resources programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and organization skills.
  • Sound judgment and confidentiality.
  • A track record with sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary talent.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
